- Lap 20- After making contact with Climer turn 1, Carter regains the lead.
- Lap 27- Climer gets around Carter to regain the lead.
- Caution, Lap 32- Jess Williams gets into the side of Chris Sevey sending him spinning into the wall in turn 3.
- Caution, Lap 36- Randy Price spins in turn 2.
- Caution, Lap 45- Jess Williams and Larry Fitzsimons make contact on the backstretch sending Williams into the turn 3 wall. He will not be able to continue.
- Caution, Lap 47- Larry Fitzsimons blows his engine in turn 3.
- Tommy Climer is never challenged as he cruises to an easy victory.
