Fairgrounds Speedway Race Results

Dwarf Cars:
1. 21-Ricky McIllwain
2. 22- Greg Grishome
3. 5- Allen Ring
4. 7- Tim Lunn
5. 44- David Ring
* Rick Webster brought out the race's only caution when he crashed in Turn 1 on the first lap. He was unhurt, but unable to continue.
Legends Semi-pro:
#48 Cody Fernett led flag to flag in the Legends race. The race was caution-free.
Legends Pro:
Tyler Sladen passed Tyler Cordell on lap 8 to win the Legends Pro Feature. Cordell was second followed by Kevin Rollins.
Thunderstocks:
Coming out of turn 2 on lap 1, 3rd place starter Jeremy Newman spun pole sitter Charlie Goddard. The incident also involved Dale Travis. Because a lap had not been completed, the race was restarted will all cars returning to their original positions. The rest of the race was run caution free.
Final Results:
1. Charlie Goddard
2. Mitchell Vickers
3. Jeremy Newman

Sportsman:
1st caution lap 8, car #05 spun in turn 4. No other cars were involved. Goddard leads Taylor and Tucker.
Final Results:
1. Lee Goddard
2. Eddie Taylor
3. Howard Tucker

Supertruck:
1st caution, lap 26. #42 Jason Adams spun in front of the field collecting 2nd place running Daniel Bolden. Both drivers have parked their trucks. Current top three are Bobby Buttrey, Terry Hayes, and Rob Sanders.
2nd caution, lap 28. #11 Stacey Crain spun in turn 2. No other trucks were collected. Top 3 remain unchanged. On the restart, Jess Williams took over 3rd position from Sanders; however, he was penalized when race officials determined that he jumped the restart.
Final Results:
1. Bobby Buttrey
2. Terry Hayes
3. Blake Williams
4. Rob Sanders
5. Stacey Crain

Late Models:
After 20 laps, the Late Model race is a classic duel between Andy Johnson and Mark Day. Joseph Meyer runs third. On lap 33, Day and Meyer were held up in lap traffic allowing Johnson to pull away.
Final Results:
1. Andy Johnson
2. Mark Day
3. Joseph Meyer
4. Daniel Pope
5. T.W. Fisher
